David HowardDavid Howard


David’s 18 years experience in the safety industry was preceded by many years experience as a management accountant for a major public company. His tertiary qualifications in business, risk management and occupational health and safety enables him to consult on high level, complex business solutions. He has assisted many organisations of all sizes in business improvment and management systems.

David is a Certified RABQSA Principal Auditor in both OHS and Environmental management systems, is a Certified Insurance Professional and holds the Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. David is responsible for training, client services and day to day management of our operations.



Managing Director

Vincent obtained his Law and Psychology Degrees at Monash University in 1984. He initially worked as a Lawyer for five years where he gained general experience in all areas of law and later specialised in insurance litigation and criminal law.

Vincent joined Lee Kelly & Associates in 1988 and developed extensive field investigations experience prior to taking over the Victorian operations in 1990.  He later expanded the business into Queensland as part of his national vision. In 2002 he amalgamated the Queensland and Victorian operations to form the LKA Group which has now expanded into a national service provider.

Vincent has a unique understanding of the industry and the diverse needs of clients. He is now responsible for development of the LKA Group. His aim is to improve the standing of investigators in the industry through increased professionalism, training, advanced technology and innovative investigation solutions.
